This error is not common but in the events that this happens to you, this is how you fix that.
When creating an account during the registration process a posbility of the checkout process may glitch and prevent users from inputting card details to effectively create their account with Mindgrasp.
In order to fix this you will need to:
Get to the registration page > Clear the webpages Cache by clicking (Cmd+Shift+R [Mac] or Ctrl+Shift+R [Windows]) > Then retry and you should have access to the Checkout page when registering or creating an account with us.

Hello why is it that you state that there is a four-day free trial but you charged my card for the annual fee before I even tried your service can I please have a refund? I signed up on the 26 of February 2024 so I am well within my rights according to your terms and conditions and cancellation policy. Please refund me. I hope to hear from you soon.
