When creating your account during the registration process, there is a slim possibility that the checkout process may glitch and prevent you from inputting card details to effectively create your account with Mindgrasp.
This isn’t a common error, but it does happen on occasion. If you experience this, here’s how to address it:
1. Get to your registration page
2. Clear your web cache by holding (Cmd+Shift+R) on a Mac or (Ctrl+Shift+R) on a PC. You can also clear your cache in your browser settings.
3. Reload the page and see if you are able to access the checkout page.

Hello why is it that you state that there is a four-day free trial but you charged my card for the annual fee before I even tried your service can I please have a refund? I signed up on the 26 of February 2024 so I am well within my rights according to your terms and conditions and cancellation policy. Please refund me. I hope to hear from you soon.
