Mindgrasp Customer Support Teams current hours of operation are:
Mon - Fri: 8am - 8pm EST?
Sat - Sun: 3pm - 9pm EST?
You can reach out to a CS agent and receive assistance for any of your questions about Mindgrasp during these hours.
Our technical support team, who handles any software errors, is not available during weekends. If you reach out over a weekend, you can expect a response from your CS agent on the following Monday.
You have a few different ways you can reach out to support:

- Via our Discord, where you can submit a ticket or chat with our agents and other Mindgrasp users
- Create a ticket directly from the Help Center, here:
We do not currently offer phone support or any customer support over social media DMS.
Please note that if you send a support request through a DM on any of our social media channels, you will not get a response! Instead please use one of the approved ways to contact our agents and someone will be happy to help.
