Sat-Sun: 3pm-9pm
These will be the most active times through out the week to contact a C.S Agent and receive any assistance needed for any of your questions or inquiries for Mindgrasp and our Platform.
**Disclaimer: Keep in mind our Technical Support Team who handles any software errors will not be active during the weekends and you can expect an update from your Customer Support Agent by the following Monday**
