When turned on, the auto-save feature prevents you from losing any study material you may have created during your Mindgrasp study session.
This includes auto-saving:
- Generated smart notes
- Generated short summaries
- Any chats with the AI assistant (questions, answers provided, and references provided)
Quizzes & flashcards still need to be saved manually and will not be saved with auto-save.
When a session is automatically saved, you will notice the green box at the top of your current session updating throughout the time you are studying.
Example:
All uploaded files, links, text, or live recordings will automatically be saved to your Mindgrasp dashboard by default.
These sessions will save without a title to keep your original content available to build study material from in the future if ever needed and to prevent losing any files or links.
You can remove these saved sessions by deleting them accordingly clicking the 3 dots on the right side of the boxes within your Main Dashboards library section.
If you have more questions about auto-save in Mindgrasp, you can reach out to our support team at any time at support@mindgrasp.ai.

Happy studying!
