When you hibernate your Mindgrasp account, you are pausing/postponing your subscription’s active status & payment date for 2 months.
You will lose access to your active account immediately after hibernating. When you’re ready to reactivate your account, you can do so in your settings by going to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription > Reactivate. You can also email support@mindgrasp.ai and we can help you reactivate your account. Be sure to include the email address associated with your Mindgrasp account when you reach out to support.
Your account can also reactivate at the end of the 2 and a half month period if it comes first & once reactivated we will continue billing your subscription automatically as normal and you will regain access to your account.
To increase the length of your hibernation, please contact our Support Team at support@mindgrasp.ai to request for a custom hibernation period before the end of your current one.
Please keep in mind that hibernating your account with Mindgrasp is NOT the same as canceling your subscription. It is only pausing your payment until a later date.
If a payment is made and you claim to have canceled your subscription when your history indicates a hibernation instead, you will not be eligible for a refund. For any further reference of our automatic payment or refund policy please click here.
