When you hibernate your Mindgrasp account you are pausing/postponing your subscriptions active status & payment date for 2 and a half months.
You will lose access to your active account immediately after hibernating until you reactivate your subscription through your settings or by contacting support@mindgrasp.ai via email and including your email address associated with your Mindgrasp account. Your account can also reactivate at the end of the 2 and a half month period if it comes first & once reactivated we will continue billing your subscription automatically as normal and you will regain access to your account.
To increase the hibernated status please contact our Support Team & request for a custom hibernation period before the end of your current one.
Please keep in mind that Hibernating your account with Mindgrasp is Not Cancelling your subscription. It is only pausing your payment until a later date.
If a payment is made and you claim to have cancelled your subscription when your history indicates a hibernation instead, you will not be eligible for a refund. For any further reference of our automatic payment or refund policy please click here.
