According to our Terms of Service, we cannot issue refunds once a billing cycle has started unless a cancellation was successfully completed before the billing date. During the account setup, every user is presented with and agrees to these Terms of Service before starting a Mindgrasp subscription. You can find this policy outlined in section 31 of our "Terms & Conditions" here.
If you attempted to cancel your subscription prior to the start of your billing cycle, please send any email confirmation or a submitted cancellation form to support@mindgrasp.ai. We will review the case on your behalf.
