We do not issue refunds for accounts that have already begun their billing cycle without a successful cancellation beforehand, per our Terms of Service Policies. Each User is presented with the Terms of Service Policy during the account creation process and agrees to the terms before moving forward with a Mindgrasp Subscription. You may find this statement in section 31 of the "Terms & Conditions" here.
If you have attempted to cancel your subscription before the date and time your billing cycle started, please send proof of the email confirmation or cancellation form submitted to support@mindgrasp.ai, and we will take a look at the situation for you.
